Donna Sue Ashcraft-Fincher

    Both held  by a Madison County, Missouri, jury of their peers to have knowingly violated the Sunshine Law on April 17, 2007, while members of the Twin Rivers School Board.  Both fined.

    (Well, perhaps it wasn’t a jury of their peers.  The jury at least recognized a knowing violation of the law.  They didn’t.)
